Review:

10 years and 18 films in the making, the finale you’ve all been waiting for…

It is now two years on from the events of Captain America: Civil War, and Gamora’s father, Thanos (Josh Brolin – No Country for Old Men), is now the greatest threat the universe has ever known… Consumed by his insatiable quest to bring balance to the universe, Thanos has been quietly collecting Infinity Stones. Each one is incredibly powerful in its own right, and now he has two. Once he has all of them, he’ll become unimaginably powerful and finally complete his mission - by killing half of all life in the universe… The Avengers, Thor, Dr Strange, Black Panther, Spiderman and the Guardians of the Galaxy, must use all their skills and combine all their powers to stop him. But will they be enough?

This is an exciting and satisfying conclusion (well, first part of a conclusion) to all the threads and arcs that have been developing throughout the entire Avenger series. This has everything you’d expect from an Avengers film – breath-taking epic battle sequences that keep you on the edge of your seat, interlaced with drama and life-and-death struggles. The humour hits just the right note so as not to detract from the action and suspense.

With all these interweaving storylines, Marvel have managed something that no other film franchise has before. Don’t miss out on history in the making!
