Minutes of the DM meeting held on 9 June 2009

Present: James McLachlan, Matthew Gardner, George Marshall, Matthew Pusey (late), Owen Rye (late), Pierre Schramm, Natalie Tyldesley
In attendance: Gaby Aptula (trainee DM), Andrew Maddison (projectionist)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed everyone to the eighth and penultimate meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Robert Gardner and Mike Joy.
2. Rotas
The rotas for the rest of term were filled.
Qualified DMs should arrive from 6.00 pm for Gaby's qualification on Sunday.
3. High-visibility vests
It was established that five vests would probably meet demand for the outdoor screening.

None.
The meeting was adjourned at 6.17 pm.
