1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Macbeth (Saturday 16th, 9:30pm) – needs a QDM/TDM. Richard has signed up to this.
The Walk (Monday 18th, 7.30pm) – needs a QDM. Lauren has signed up. TDM spot is still available.
Lots of TDM spots are available – since we are low on TDMs, this is your chance to get lots of shows under your belt.
3. AOBs
a) DMs on the Thursday and Friday films please hand out Boars at the end of the film. They can be found on the boar stands along the Science Concourse and outside L3/4/5.
b) Nominations are open for the Exec election which is in week 5. There is a ‘Meet the Exec’ meeting in week 3. Those interested in any position are encouraged to approach the relevant member of Exec.
c) Till issue: If you try to print crew and crew guest at the same time, it sometimes doesn’t print the crew guest ticket. Please be wary. (Increased prevalence in customers with 15xxxxx IDs.)
d) DM meetings may be temporarily moved to another time/day so more people can make it. A doodle has been prepared and emailed to all DMs.
e) The slave that isn’t Joel’s laptop is currently saying that the Windows 7 isn’t a genuine copy. Please ignore the error message.
