• Silver Linings Playbook on Sunday: maybe following snaps test so q-projes will be there if need be.
• The Social Network on Monday: Hannah is stewarding, can proj.
• Forrest Gump on Tuesday: will be one of Phil/Jono. Richard expect it will be Phil with him training

Josh and Lakshmi watched. No complaints. Film arrived the bay before, Joe M says he chased this up with Jacek.
• The AllNighter – Friday
~ The Great Gatsby; Q-Proj: Kieran; T-proj: Irene
Was fine, although Kieran noticed that picture was being slightly cropped at the top. Test cards may have confirmed that is is how our projector is set up.
~ The Departed; Q-Proj: Phil/Jonatan; T-proj: Matt
DTS discs were found. It was suggested that some scenes were a little pink but this is likely to have been stylistic
~ The Wolf of Wall Street; Q-Proj: Richard
Was fine.
~ Inception; Q-proj: Joe L
Film is very loud; we think our speakers survived!
~ Catch Me If You Can; Q-Proj: Lakshmi; T-Proj: Irene
Lakshmi was sleep-deprived, but was good. Irene was trained and is beginning to understand Start Up 2017 and P3
• Inferno – Monday; N-Proj: Adam; Q-Proj: Kieran
Was fine. Even CD volume was good.
• Aliens – Tuesday; N-Proj: Adam; Q-Proj: Richard
Was also completely fine.

Proj Procedure Changes
======================
• PLEASE chase up films. Distributors are awful atm. Be mindful of the delivery schedule (Weds, Thurs and Fri).
• Use film tracker please. Please please please.

• Ask IT team to add LANSat to film tracker.
• It would be helpful if projes could verify that hard drives are not dead even if not their film, especially if time is tight.
• Ensure USB HDD bays are returned with films.
• Stuart asks if Phil is working on proj procedure booklet. This is a good idea.
• Lakshmi advertises her Skool Dayz social
• Richard asks for A2s to be rolled
• Richard asks for a new pink slip/keys folder. CP will do this.
• Richard asks for emergency contacts to be updated. This has already been done.
• Stuart suggests trainees watch the start of film and note aspect ratio/masking changes.
