1. Welcome and apologies

The new CDM welcomed all DMs. Baked goods were distributed.
2. Rotas

3. Notices
• On Friday 8th March, The Sound of Music (70mm) has been replaced by Lawrence of Arabia (70mm). There is a QDM for this, but
there are four stewarding spots still available.
• POS has now been fixed on all three tills.
• Please let Matt know if we ever run out (or are low) of a certain coin in spare change
4. Back to the Future Marathon
• The event is from 18:00, and finishes before the last bus
• Tickets are free for crew.
• There are currently two QDMs signed up (Matt and Iain). The CDM requested for another QDM to sign up, but no one in attendance
was available. Sign up on the rota if you’d like to help, note that another QDM is not essential.
5. AOBs
i. Guess the attendance closes at 7:15pm. Get those guesses in!
ii. There is a Screen unseen on Monday 18th meeting at the interchange at 6:05pm.
iii. There may be an exec meeting on Saturday 16th. Keep your eye on the website news for exact date and time.
iv. Casper would like to congratulate the new CDM on the election result.
v. Casper would like people to sign up to Futures Festival on Monday week 9.
vi. Chris echoed Casper’s initial comment.
vii. Jamie said ‘Well done’ on CDM’s appointment.
viii. Patrycja congratulated the CDM.
ix. Wilkie said ‘Well done’.
x. Iain congratulated all the new exec.
xi. Iain encouraged everyone to go see the ‘brilliant’ The Old Man and the Gun.
xii. Iain stated that if a person’s lost card is handed into Senate House, they don’t need to pay replacement fee.
xiii. Antoinette said ‘Well done Matt’.
xiv. Matt thanked everyone and congratulated Jamie and Antoinette on their appointments.
xv. Taylor thanks the CDM for buying something that wasn’t biscuits.
