DM Meeting Minutes: Tuesday, 23 October 2007

1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Every DM slot is filled for the next two weeks.
3. EPOS System
EPOS System version 2.0 has been committed to the website. There is a link to version 1.5 should serious problems occur. The new version requires a "search university directory" function such as that in version 1.5.
4. AOB
(i) The traditional Front of House Saw social was announced. The plan is to meet in L3 at 7.00 pm on Saturday, 27 October, dine first and then watch Saw IV. Those who would like to watch a different film are welcome to do so.
The Saw V social was provisionally scheduled for around Hallowe'en 2008.
(ii) James ruined two films for George - Hostel and Hostel Part II - by revealing that the survivor from Hostel was decapitated with a chainsaw in the sequel.
(iii) Monday night's social was a success; Black Sheep was "flocking awesome" according to Robert.
(iv) There have been problems with fire extinguishers being used to prop open doors during lectures. The DM should ensure that the fire extinguishers are on their brackets before every show.
(v) Emergency item: Yazoo milkshakes are currently 49p in Costcutter.
