Review: So, after 10 weeks of films, we come to our end of term comedy special, with as ever a Christmas theme. This year for your pre-party pleasure (the queue into the Union will be that size all night so you might as well came and see the film before, eh?) we have Scrooged.

Oh... you want to know about the film? Well, you know the story of the Christmas Carol so I'm not typing it all out (since this is the last review and we are getting tired). All you need to know is that the party atmosphere inside the cinema is unlike any other, with the possible exception of the Allnighters, so come and see it.

Oh... you still want to know about the film. Well Bill Murray realises that he has been the most evil and unkind man in the history of the world and threatened with air-strikes from Dubya (OK, so it's actually the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future) he becomes a reformed man after seeing all the terrible things he has done in his life, does some of the funniest Bill Murray stuff you will ever see (and lets face it aside from Ms Diaz's behind he was the only thing worth watching in Charlie's Angels) and in the end everyone lives happily ever after. Well you wouldn't want blood and guts to ring the season of goodwill in would you? Maybe some of you would.

Mainly the film has been programmed because we wanted a really good and upbeat end to a brilliant season at Warwick Student Cinema and we did The Muppet Christmas Carol and It's A Wonderful Life the last couple of years. By the way, have you noticed that we are desperately trying to fill this page?

This will undoubtedly the most enjoyable film of the term despite this being the worst review of all time, so don't miss it. We hope you enjoyed our films this term and we hope to see you again for next term.
