Review:

Set in a world where the dinosaurs weren’t wiped out by the asteroid, a young dinosaur named Arlo finds himself lost and alone after being separated from his father in a storm and falling down river. In unknown territory, far away from his family Arlo is terrified and struggling to find his way until he received help from strange Neanderthal child who he calls Spot. Together, the two embark on a classic Pixar journey in which the two become unlikely friends and overcome the most insurmountable of obstacles. Arlo learns that there’s more to Spot than first meets the eye and that actions definitely speak louder than words. This being Pixar, you can obviously expect to laugh and cry in equal amounts as you watch a film that makes you appreciate your friends and family and offer a little escapism from the stressful reality of university. This is also Pixar’s first film with two music composers working on the soundtrack so for that alone, it’s definitely worth a watch.
