Rampage

Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson – Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Moana) is an expert in primatology. A former elite soldier, he has now fights poachers, and fights for wildlife, even having taken in albino gorilla, George, when he was small and has taught him sign language. Due to an evil corporation doing highly questionable genetic experiments in space, George is infected by illegal super-growth hormones that have crashed to Earth, as well as a wolf and a croc! Continuing to grow to ginormous proportions, Davis and George may be the only chance Chicago has, as these ginormous monsters rampage through the streets!

Dwayne Johnson is as charismatic as ever; knowing his craft well, and how to work well with veteran director Brad Peyton (San Andreas). Based on the 80’s video game of the same name, Rampage even manages to incorporate some videogame-style CGI into the backgrounds for die-hard fans. Entertainingly over the top, this is light-hearted and fabulously entertaining nonsense.
