Or rather, Halloween continues - surely this won’t be the last outing of the 44-year old franchise, despite director David Gordon Green’s insistence? The seemingly indestructible nemesis Michael Myers–or ‘the Shape’, with that freakishly impassive mask–has risen once more. And to conclude a loose trilogy with recent instalments, this finds more room in Myers’ relationship with Laurie (Jamie Lee Curtis), the lone survivor of his first rampage.
