Review:

What to say? It’s an anime that takes place in a post-apocalyptic version of a world after a huge incident called the Great Blaze. Some human develop pyrotechnic abilities, and with that comes a struggle for power (what else?). Themes that allude to queerness and oppression are laced throughout, making this both a fun but thought-provoking watch.
