TCM INTRODUCES TIMELESS MOVIES TO A NEW GENERATION OF FILMS FANS AT UK UNIVERSITIES
To celebrate the launch of TCM’s (Turner Classic Movies) annual Classic Shorts competition we are running an event which includes a screening of last year’s winning short followed by the iconic classic Brit flick 'Quadrophenia'.
Turn up to the event to find out how you can win the prestigious £10,000 prize and have your film screened at the London Film Festival. There will also be FREE TCM goody bags for everyone.
Created in 1979, Quadrophenia was the directorial debut for Franc Roddam and launched the careers of a virtually unknown cast including Ray Winstone, Timothy Spall, Phil Daniels, Leslie Ash, Toyah Wilcox and Michael Elphick.
