6:09pm, Rococo.
(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matthew, Andrew, James, Jeffrey, Mike, Robert.
Apologies: George, Helen, Pierre, Rachel.
(2) Rotas.
James signed up for Friday's late and then each DM gave an excuse for Week 8. Rob is unwilling to do any shows next week just because he's on the Isle of Wight, and apologies for the DM meeting. James wants to wait to see what other people want to do. Mike will sign up online.
(3) Qualification.
Congratulations to Natalie for qualifying at "Penelope" last week. Her qualification has since been unanimously ratified by the Exec. Rob said that he refuses to clap for somebody that wasn't present.
(4) AOB.
* The mystery of the £9.90 has not been solved, and so the money will be cashed up.
* The Old Chief DM [or was it the Old Old Chief DM?] reminded the New Chief DM that the Exec minutes mentioned the wearing of "Shrek" T-shirts by DMs was to be discussed by the committee. It was duly discussed. An indicative vote was taken on the motion that "Shrek" T-shirts should not be the outermost garment of the Duty Manager of a show. Three were in favour, and none were against.
* Natalie's polo shirt says "DM", and this outrageous acronym is set in a larger font than Natalie's name!
