(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matthew (late), George, James, Jeffrey, Mike, Natalie.
Apologies: Helen, Pierre, Rachel, Robert.
(2) Rotas.
Some parts of the rotas were grudgingly filled.
(3) AOB.
* Shrek clothing has arrived. As usual money goes in the labelled night safe box.
* Some training checklists will be printed. James had forgotten looking at the draft.
* George had forgotten his agenda point.
* Front of House plans for the Outdoor screening were briefly discussed.
* The weekly publicity George printed before he left has run out.
* Jeffrey claimed that Spain vs. Russia had concluded with Spain winning 2-0.
