Welcome and Apologies

Allnighter
Rob has bought all gifts assigned to him as has Pierre. Kathryn hasn't got Electric tickets yet. Rob and Pierre need to be refunded for these.
Rob has contacted SU about stall for A/N build-up, awaiting a decision.
Ticket prices are to be free for crew, lifetime and exec; £3 crew general; members £7; non-members £10; external £12.
Pierre to ask Martin regards Mystery Film, Mat also needs to find it out. [mat also needs to check on where The Orphanage is]

Discussions with Alison Backhouse, University House went well. None of our plans was rejected! They will look into soundproofing the stage. ETA Summer 2009.
OWW
Rob and Kathryn met Shalni and Butool from OWW. OWW would like w3/4 Term 2 2008-9, Adulthood, Good Night and Good Luck, Oldboy, Linha de Passe mooted. Possibility of doing 2 films with them raised, 1 commerical, 1 arthouse-y. Not charging for entry. OWW have funds to cover both films if necessary. OWW will contact Beatwax (if Rob emails details) regards freebies. W7 deadline for publicity.
Possible of free slide to advertise. Shaln to meail dates of OWW. No Fri, Sun, Mon shows. Rob to double check this will be ok with Jessica (Citibank sponsor OWW)

Rob to request keeping our poster cabinets in SU when they refurb
Possibility of new ones if we can
PC: storage over speed; price of c.£450 – Vote - for: unanimous; to be bought as a purchase order, Matt will go with Pierre to ensure no probs.
Aiden to buy guillotine when corkboard arrives, size: A4, approx 10 sheets/time; via money request form.
Money request forms – if the amount is under £30 the SU will return it via cash, if prefer BACS, must request.
George to follow up previous BACS of his that have gone astray.
George to spend up to £250 on Publicity printer, must be inkjet with separate black and colour reserves: vote- for: unanimous. Poss go through with PC order from Ebuyer.
Hard drive, for media PC, needs be bigger. Max spend £100.
Spanish Society at Spanish films
Respond and request they turn up early to ensure seats.
Litigation
DHL have issued a notice of litigation. Finance Office at SU need to sort this, not us!
Next Term's Schedule
Somers Town as a OWW film? Kathryn to ask OWW. If yes, Batman to take its place.
All-Nighter: Incredibles/Eagle Eye/Burn After Reading/Tropic Thunder +classic action + mystery film.
