(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matt, Andrew, George, James, Mat, Mike, Natalie, Pierre (late), Rachel.
Apologies: Jeffrey, Rob.
(2) Rotas.
(3) EPOS System.
There are rumours that Tim is rewriting the EPOS system. The Chief DM assured a worried Rachel that it won't be in use for many years. James asked if there will be a refund feature available to DMs, and Rachel asked if a flying pig screensaver will be included.
(3.1) Tinsel.
There was a vote on whether or not the tinsel should be deployed starting from tonight's show. It was decided that it should, by a margin of 3 to 1. James then decided that the Tinsel related item that we have is not called Tinsel (which is "thinner" or "less bushy") but is in fact called something else.
(4) AOB.
* Pierre asked where the blue night safe key is. Nobody responded. It was suggested that the Chief DM email the DM mailing list to ask. [The Chief DM has decided not to do so, since the blue key is in the corridor keybox!]
* There will be a pig roast at the Real Ale Festival.
* The Brig (?) will be in the next Sarah Jane Adventure.
