DM Meeting @ 2009-01-06 18:11:00
6:11pm, Kami Lounge.
(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matt, Aiden, Andrew, George, James, Mat, Mike, Natalie, Pierre.
Apologies: Jeffrey (by use of previously unused apology), Rachel, Robert.
(2) Rotas.
James signed up for some films.
(3) Qualification
Mat's qualification will be on Friday early. All the qualified DMs present at the meeting can make it, and will meet in L3 at 5:15.
(4) AOB
* "Don't Mess With The Zohan" was sent to Bristol where, according to Andrew, they looked at it and then when back to duelling their banjos. It was to arrive on campus at half eight so Pierre called Gareth and Mat called Vicky.
* There will be a publicity run on Saturday, organised by the Chief DM. The initial suggestion of an 1100 start was changed to 1300 so that James will be awake.
* Pierre wanted the meeting moved to just before 6 so that he could take advantage of Kami Lounge's special offer, but the Chief DM has lectures until 6.
* Pierre wished everybody a happy new year.
