6:11pm, Kami Lounge.
(1) Welcome and apologies.
Present: Matt, Claire, George, James, Martin, Mat, Mike, Natalie, Owen, Pierre.
Apologies: Andrew, Rachel, Rob.
(2) Rotas.
Surnames initials will now not appear if people set a nickname, which may have to be done via the Union.
(3) EPOS system.
The EPOS system should now automatically switch from being unreliable to slow when necessary. The issue of a refund system will be taken to the next IT Team meeting.
(4) Slides money.
Blank receipts can be found in the treasurer's tray, and the money goes in a box in the DM cupboard.
(5) AllNighter.
Mike was asked if he was attending, and he responded with "probably not but...". A decision about a stall will be made at the join exec meeting and the stall signup page will be opening if necessary. [The exec decided to have a stall on Thursday and Friday, and the stall signup page is now open.]
(6) AOB.
* Everybody should come to the publicity run on Sunday, there will be free pizza and Aiden may provide a "sexual baked good".
* Owen suggested that something other than bins should be used to prop open the doors to reduce the amount of publicity thrown away. Tables were thought to bulky and so doorstops would be preferred. There was also discussion about various aspects of the weekly publicity that the Chief DM was too lazy to minute.
* Claire knows what Aiden's "sexual baked good" is: a big, layered cake with a naked Aiden hidden inside. At some point Aiden will supposedly jump out of the cake and dance.
