Minutes of the DM meeting held on 24 February 2009

1. Welcome and apologies
James welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Apologies: Rachel Crofts, Robert Gardner, Andrew Maddison, Matthew Pusey, Pierre Schramm
2. Rotas
Several slots in weeks 8 and 9 were not filled.
3. Qualification
Owen Rye's qualification was arranged for the 6.30 pm screening of The Shawshank Redemption on Friday, Week 9.
George, Mat and James can attend.
4. Exec Office cleanup
This will happen on Saturday, 28 February. The plan is to start at 11.00 am and then go for dinner in Coventry before watching the 8.45 pm screening of Gran Torino at the Odeon.
It was agreed that 11.00 am was too early. George "may not have gone to bed" and will arrive "after lunch".
