Minutes of the DM meeting held on 3 March 2009

Present: James McLachlan, Matthew Gardner, Mike Joy, George Marshall, Matthew Pusey, Natalie Tyldesley
In attendance: Victoria Forman (Chief Projectionist)
1. Welcome
James welcomed everyone to the penultimate meeting of term.
2. Apologies for absence
Apologies were received from Rachel Crofts, Robert Gardner and 'Peter' Schramm.
3. Rotas
Mat Gardner offered to DM Ghost Town.
Aliens has been cancelled and replaced by an additional screening of The Wave.
4. Qualification
Matt Pusey can attend Owen Rye's qualification on Friday. Mike may be able to attend.
The qualified DMs should meet at 5.00 pm since there may be a lecture between 5 and 6.
If there is a lecture, an attempt to cancel it could be made with a sign reading:
"Lecture cancelled due to lecturer's amnesia."
5. Midnight show
Those who would like curry before the midnight show should place their order by 9.00 pm.
6. AOB
- Natalie asked whether hot drinks that have gone cold should be allowed in L3. James replied that it was at the discretion of the DM.
