Minutes of the DM meeting held on 10 March 2009

Kami Lounge, Students' Union
Present: James McLachlan, Rachel Crofts, Matthew Pusey, Owen Rye
In attendance: Gaby Aptula (trainee DM), Andrew Maddison (projectionist), Martin Mee (projectionist)
1. Welcome
James welcomed everyone to the final meeting of term and the last ever meeting in the old Union.
2. Apologies for absence
Apologies were received from Matthew Gardner, Robert Gardner, Pierre Schramm and Natalie Tyldesley.
Mat G. owes Pierre a favour. Matt P. thought that this was too vague to be minuted. Rachel thought that Mat's permission for the point to be minuted should have been sought.
It was agreed that Pierre should have explained the situation further.
3. Qualification
Owen was congratulated for qualifying at the early showing of The Shawshank Redemption.
4. Rotas
The last two shows of term were already covered.
5. Date of next meeting
The next DM meeting will be held in The Dirty Duck (to be confirmed) at 6.10 pm on Tuesday 21 April or Thursday 23 April.
