Minutes of the DM meeting held on 21 April 2009

The Bar, Rootes Social Building
Present: James McLachlan, Rachel Crofts, George Marshall, Owen Rye, Natalie Tyldesley
In attendance: Gaby Aptula (trainee DM), Andrew Maddison (projectionist), Martin Mee (projectionist)
1. Welcome and apologies
James welcomed everyone to the first meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Matthew Gardner, Robert Gardner and Pierre Schramm.
2. Rotas
The late show on Friday remained free.
3. Examinations
The availability of DMs during the exam period was recorded.
4. AOB
- Rachel brought tidings of newly hatched ducklings in the garden in Humanities.
5. Date of next meeting
Meetings this term will be held on Wednesdays. The next meeting will be held on 29 April in The Dirty Duck.
The meeting was adjourned at 6.20 pm.
