Minutes of the DM meeting held on 5 May 2009
6.10 pm
The Bar, Rootes Social Building
Present: James McLachlan, Rachel Crofts, Matthew Gardner, Robert Gardner, Mike Joy, George Marshall, Matthew Pusey, Owen Rye, Pierre Schramm, Natalie Tyldesley
In attendance: Gaby Aptula (trainee DM), Victoria Forman (Chief Projectionist), Martin Mee (projectionist)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed everyone to the third meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Andrew Maddison.
2. Rotas
The shows on Thursday and Saturday remained free.
3. Midnight show
James announced that the pre-show curry would be ordered at 9 pm.
4. Location of next meeting
After cases were made for Varsity, outdoors and Matt Pusey's kitchen, James decided that the next meeting would be held initially in The Bar and would be moved outside if the weather was good.
5. AOB
- Robert announced that the outdoor screening polo shirts would be sold for £5 each and would soon be available to order.
- James said that he would investigate barriers/poles for the doors after his exams.
The meeting was adjourned at 6.28 pm.
