Minutes of the DM meeting held on 19 May 2009

Present: James McLachlan, Matthew Gardner, Mike Joy (late), George Marshall, Matthew Pusey (tardy), Owen Rye, Pierre Schramm, Natalie Tyldesley
In attendance: Gaby Aptula (trainee DM), Andrew Maddison (projectionist)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed everyone to the fifth meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Rachel Crofts and Robert Gardner.
2. Rotas
The Tuesday and Friday late shows of Week 6 remained free.
3. Qualification
Gaby's qualification show was scheduled for Sunday Week 9 (Vicky Cristina Barcelona). It was established that at least six qualified DMs could attend.
4. AOB
- Owen warned that he would be taking pictures for next term's booklet and the website at Friday's late show.
- Andrew said that he intended to buy a high-visibility vest from a pound shop and then try to iron the WSC logo on to the back.
The meeting was adjourned at 6.20 pm.
