Minutes of the DM meeting held on 20 October 2009

Present: James McLachlan, Gaby Aptula, Rachel Crofts, Matthew Gardner, Owen Rye, George Marshall (late), Natalie Tyldesley (late)
In attendance: Martin Mee (projectionist)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed those present to the third meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Robert Gardner, Mike Joy and Pierre Schramm.
2. Rotas
Knowing and the late showing of In the Loop remained free.
3. Trainee DMs
Potential trainees were identified.
4. AOB
- Gaby reported that some of the new stewards were failing to offer membership when the yellow box appeared.
- Mat announced that he would be interviewed about the BFFS awards on RaW from 6:00 pm on Thursday (22 October).
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 pm.
