Minutes of the DM meeting held on 10 November 2009

Present: James McLachlan, Gaby Aptula, Matthew Gardner, George Marshall, Natalie Tyldesley, Owen Rye (late)
In attendance: Fergus Cooper (trainee DM), Andrew Maddison (projectionist), Edward McCutcheon (trainee DM)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed those present to the sixth meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Robert Gardner, Mike Joy and Pierre Schramm.
2. Rotas
Both showings of Synecdoche, New York remained free.
3. AllNighter publicity run
James announced that there would be a publicity run on Saturday, 14 November, starting at 2:00 pm in L3, to promote The AllNighter.

None.
