Minutes of the DM meeting held on 17 November 2009

Present: James McLachlan, Rachel Crofts, Matthew Gardner, Robert Gardner, George Marshall, Natalie Tyldesley, Owen Rye (late), Gaby Aptula (late)
In attendance: Edward McCutcheon (trainee DM), Martin Mee (projectionist)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed those present to the seventh meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Laura Burtonshaw, Mike Joy and Pierre Schramm
2. Rotas
The showing of Rudo y Cursi remained free.
3. AllNighter
James informed those present that tickets would be on sale before the films on Wednesday and Thursday. There would be a stall opposite Xanana's on Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. A rota was to be made available on the website.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:21 pm.
