Minutes of the DM meeting held on 1 December 2009

Present: James McLachlan, Matthew Gardner, George Marshall, Owen Rye, Natalie Tyldesley
In attendance: Edward McCutcheon (trainee DM), Fergus Cooper (trainee DM; late)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed those present to the ninth meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Gaby Aptula, Rachel Crofts, Robert Gardner, Mike Joy and Pierre Schramm.
2. Trainees
The progress of the trainee DMs was discussed.
3. Tinsel
James encouraged those present to display the Front of House tinsel on the desks before films.
4. DONM
James announced that the next meeting would be held on Tuesday, 12 January 2010.
5. AOB
- George raised his concern that trainee stewards were not being shown how to sell memberships when the shortcut failed to work. He suggested that, in addition to new stewards' being shown the membership system, a "crib sheet" be attached to each till. James said he would write one.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 pm.
