Minutes of the DM meeting held on 12 January 2010

The Bar, Rootes Social Building
Present: James McLachlan, Gaby Aptula, Matthew Gardner, Robert Gardner, George Marshall, Natalie Tyldesley
In attendance: Laura Burtonshaw (trainee DM), Fergus Cooper (trainee DM), Andrew Maddison (projectionist), Edward McCutcheon (trainee DM)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed those present to the first meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Rachel Crofts, Mike Joy, Owen Rye and Pierre Schramm.
2. Rotas
No shows remained free.
3. Qualifications
Ed's qualification was arranged for the early showing of The Hangover.
4. Date of next meeting
It was decided that meetings would continue to be held on Tuesdays and that the next meeting would be held in Curiositea in the Students' Union.
5. AOB
- Andrew warned that the network port on the Science Concourse might not be fixed.
- Robert reported that a significant number of back rests and seats in L3 were missing or broken.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:23 pm.
