Minutes of the DM meeting held on 2 February 2010

The Bar, Rootes Social Building
Present: James McLachlan, Fergus Cooper, Matthew Gardner, George Marshall, Edward McCutcheon, Natalie Tyldesley, Gaby Aptula (late), Robert Gardner (late, with apologies)
In attendance: Natalie Chrimes (trainee DM), Andrew Maddison (projectionist)
1. Welcome and apologies for absence
James welcomed those present to the fourth meeting of term.
Apologies were received from Rachel Crofts, Owen Rye, and Pierre Schramm.
2. Rotas
No shows remained free.
3. Trainees
James informed those present that there were two new trainee DMs.
The progress of the other trainees was discussed. Laura Burtonshaw's qualification was provisionally arranged for the early showing of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.
4. AOB
- Robert reminded those present that the DM must ask the projectionist about the ads and trailers rather than just look at the board.
- Ed previewed the new EPOS System and announced that it would be live by the AGM.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:24 pm.
