1. Welcome
· Mat welcomed everyone to the meeting
· Apologies were received from Ben
2. Sponsored Event
· The arrangements are all in place.
· Casino and drinks will arrive at 9pm.
· We need to sort out the drinks, which have to be bought from Costcutter
· Drinks to be bought: Lemonade (2l), Water, Orange Juice, Coke (2l), Lager, Wine (30 white, 20 red).
· About £200 for lager
· Budget of £150 for prizes .
· Prizes to be: 6 boxed sets + 5 choice between 5-film pass and AllNighter ticket.
· Ask IT to add on drinks vouchers to the tickets.
· Get pizza for crew.
· Rob to do a short quiz.
3. AGM
· Running order: President’s speech, Treasurer’s speech, Elections
· If people have not arrived by 7.45, they won’t be able to vote.
· Agenda: as above
4. AllNighter
· Qualifications prizes need to be bought – 6 in total.
· £20 imax for quiz, £10 imax for raffle???
· Stall is booked – Thursday + Friday (of week??) 10-4 in Atrium
5. BFFS memberships
· It has expired, so we’ll get the new one (the same one as last year).
· Leave for next Exec to discuss.
6. Review’s editor
· Marcus and Owen reviewed the entries and would like to put Shoshana forward for ratification
· Vote: To Ratify Shoshana Eilon as Reviews Editor: Yes – unanimous
· Effective as of AGM
7. Qualifications
· Ed and Fergus qualified as DMs at the shows of (500) Days of Summer
· Vote: To ratify Ed as a Duty Manager: Yes – unanimous

9. AOB
· Rob would like to know definite details of the refurbishment for the schedule – Mat to enquire.
· Dump if full with IT stuff and is getting filled up with films that haven’t been collected. Vicky is working on clearing the backlog of films and the IT equipment should disappear slowly, though it depends on when Andy can take it away and also on laws surrounding the disposal of IT equipment.
