Ads and R1 very OOF due to prefocus off from 70mm last night. Corrected promptly
KPMG froze on startup, went straight to Ads + Trailers. May have looked bad on screen
Dowser opened late on C/O 1 --> 2, corrected quickly, and may have caught a frame or two of R1 foot
During R4, P1s C/O shutter came down, and the down button was lit. We were not near either down button and there wasn't anyone else in the proj box... Cause therefore unknown. Corrected promptly.
R5 was very unstable on startup; gate wasn't fully closed. Corrected promptly.
I was a muppet and hit CD near the end of the credits, causing sound to cut out momentarily. Corrected swiftly.
Black bar down the LHS of screen for the entire film. It later transpired that this was printed on the film, so we weren't able to fix it. The black bar was only visible on the LHS because we're projecting slightly off-centre (to the right).
Twilight eclipse (Early)
Nikita and Yeng
C/O to ads too early - Yeng forgot about the 'enjoy the show' slide so changed over after the end of KMPG, which led to extra black on screen about about 10secs. Ads were OOF - corrected and then adjusted a bit more after S&V. Turned down the lights a bit late (about 5 secs into the first trailer) because I thought that wasn't the last ad, that was my bad. C/O to the film - Yeng put her hand in front of the projector accidentally for a second when she got ready for checking racking/focus, I was not a happy bunny... C/O R1-2 - Yeng hadn't opened the dowser but we both thought she'd selected the wrong projector so we selected the other one and the footer went on screen (we both panicked..) but then I downed/muted and got the right reel on screen.

Lights late to go off, prompted by DM during S&V, off before film proper.
Missed first Q-dot on C/O 1->2, ~2/3s foot O/S
R2 started OOF, quickly fixed
R7 started 1 sprocket OOR, fixed in ~3s
Tech: film was bouncing on the first roller after the intermittent on P2, making a chopping sound. Touching the film there or near the Dolby readers stopped it.

Edward (Qualification)
Start of A&Ts (P&D 'pow') auto-dropped to SR, then picked up again without intervention.
Stability issue A&Ts, tilt corrected A&Ts. Film full of dark & silent scenes, constantly worrying something had gone wrong whenever this happened.
P2 App plate sucks.
C/O R1->R2 miss, did not see 1st set cue dots - lots of white stuff flying into top corner, but as were homemade could be making up error.
Non-pretty missed changeover as didn't realise was missed until foot played through (thought was a period of black they'd put in).
Racked subsequent reels lower for fear of having cut off cue dots at top, but observing QProjs commented this was too low on R2.
Stability issues P1 throughout, did not want to fiddle as knew had been reset during Snaps (subsequently told I should have tried).
Otherwise, all other changeovers + curtain cue + end fine.

C/O to ads racked slightly low - corrected straight away. Think Yeng got her hand in front of the picture when she went to correct it (she did this in her second show too (!!!)) Turned down lights early (after last trailer, rather than at end of courtesy logo). R3 started up OOF (this was the first reel of the film to be played on scope, the first 4 reels were split across 2 6000s) so I think it was the transition from X-Wide to Scope that caused that. Focus on R3 was tweaked again later in the reel (it was very hard to get right, did not like the cameraman). When turning up the music after shutting down, the control jumped back down to zero, that can't have sounded nice outside.
Tech stuff - DTS seemed to work fine

1. Our spare ads
We have once again gone out of rotation and have had to use our old ads. As these are old they need replacing – we have a small matinee reel to use the next time this happens. Pearl & Dean will be contacted to get us back into rotation. Please can those doing trailer and ads changes aim to have a complete reel with a target length of 18 minutes, 20 minutes at the maximum.
