Slight argument with the mute button when re-starting the ads & trailers. Other that that a perfect show

Tim basically ran this show, I tagged along. He probably did better than I would have.
I'd made up R1 with the sound-trailer the wrong way round, had to shut down for ~1min, lights stayed down. Fixed for late show.

C/O 1->2 One of the lens caps was still on the anamorphic, so had to swing that open, remove the cap and re-close, but was all done in 5ish seconds without a shut down

Beautiful accept for continual disturbance as audience kept standing up in front of the projectors.
Sunday: Robin Hood [Early]

Switch-over to ads early due to my not being clear enough on start up. Ads OOR for too long as we had a lot of black on screen, and I was explaining start up again to Shirley using the time.
Lights went down half way through Aurora.
I generally had a racking problem this film until reel 5 or so, I corrected all the reels, so it's definitely my fault. Apologies.
Also the subtitles were out of focus when they first appeared.
I'm still not completely confident training people yet, but I think I'm doing reasonably.
Also, the fuse 6 on projector 1 seems to be blowing every strike now.
Sunday: [Late]

C/O R3-4 OOR, (due to lacing I think) but corrected after 2secs. C/O 4-5 OOR (the subtitles were higher than they should have been) but not enough for the audience to notice anything. At the end, after shutting down, Tim un-muted for a few seconds by accident, so a yucky bit of the footer was heard.
Any Other Business:
1. Arranging a Snaps Test for Tim K.
Fergus, Sarah, Rachel, Martin and Tim D all indicated that they could help out on Sunday afternoon. Fergus, Alex, Nikita, Robert (from 16:00), Martin, Owen and Matt Breeze all said they could help out on Wednesday 10-11-2010
2. NFT: Worse than DHL??
Films Officer is ongoing discussion with NFT.
NFT will sort out the Ads cycle with Pearl & Dean as it is their fault
NFT collections should be more regular and they are looking into the Address issues.
3. Alex has expressed a desire to shadow another Qproj whilst they train a new trainee. This is to further his development so that he train himself on how to train people.
4. Technical Issues
The projectors need new lamps as the current one are flickering and close to their expected life time.
Also need new springs for the gates as this is likely to be the cause of the stability problems
5. A new KPMG video will be coming soon
6. Bins
New bins are in the proj box, Grey for Recycling and White for General waste.
Please ensure you place waste in the correct bin and empty a bin when it gets full!
