The night should run as follows:
6.00pm – L3 becomes available – volunteers will be required to move drinks from the proj box down to the L4/5 booth.
6.45pm – Running of the screening will commence as per usual.
7.50pm – There will be a shutdown after the adverts and trailers. Fergus will announce the schedule for the evening to all those present. The film will then start. During the film, volunteers will set up the till desks outside the L4/5 booth and prepare them for the serving of drinks.
9.00pm – WSC’s booking of B2.04/5 commences – volunteers to organise the tables and chairs in readiness for distribution of pizza later on (this will arrive at around 9.45-10.00pm).
9.50pm – Film finishes. This will be followed by a brief speech by Helen Coe (KPMG representative and former WSC Treasurer+DM) followed by the quiz.
~10.05pm – Audience leave L3 and collect their free drink and free pizza (2 slices each – unless attendance low) using the coupons printed on their tickets.
5. AOB
James will not be attending the KPMG event on Thursday evening; he will be at home (in Sheffield). This should allow him to do some work and will provide a change of scenery.
The meeting was adjourned at 6.42pm.
