1. Welcome and Apologies
Tim welcomed those that attended back after the holidays.
2. Projection Procedure Changes
a. Pre-show Marketing
i. These videos will be played on the data projectors playlist between KPMG video and the “Enjoy the Show” slide.
ii. They will have a standard ending, and so the cue for starting the Ads + Trailers reel will be the same independent of which marketing film is being shown. The standard ending has yet to be created but the tmeporary one is the black and white WSC logo which is on screen for approx. 3s.
3. Technical Officer’s Report
a. AAM had a site visit during the holidays in view of finalising the Digital Projector exactitiudes. Everything is fine, including the floor which the engineer was confident would take the weight.
b. Service + Warranty contract for digital projector is on its way.
c. Speaker is still not on its way.
4. AOB’s
a. Ads + Trailers reel has yet to be made-up for the showing this evening!
b. Outdoor Screening – Panda supplied cables for free at the last screening, this will be looked into.
5. Rota Sign-ups
a. Neil A signed up to the showing of Love and Other Drugs on Tuesday 3/5/11 at 7:30. (He has subsequently de-signed.)
