DM Meeting 6.20pm, Wednesday 4th May 2011.
The Bar, Rootes Building
Present: Robert Gardner, James McLachlan, Veronika Lipinska, Fergus Cooper, Harry Austin (Late)
In attendance: Tim Green (TDM), Matt Wilkinson (TDM), R.H. (TDM)

1. Welcome.
People were welcomed.
2. Summer Schedule rotas.
The empty slots were perused by those who attended.
3. Matters arising from the previous meeting's minutes (28th April 2011).
Apparently none.
5. The AllNighter!!!
- Food Stall: Matt Wilkinson both days, Tim Green on Friday, Rob on Saturday
On left hand side of balcony
Small change float contains £100 (thanks James!) and is in DM cupboard
Veronika can help up to 8pm on Friday
- Timings: Ask Scott and Ed for exact details (...?)
Varsity for dinner at 5pm (Friday)
Breakfast at Varsity (time dependent)
- Band: Playing at start. Each member gets a staff ticket which is transferable.
There are 10 band members each night.
Once they've finished they're moving their instruments to L5
Make sure if they give their ticket to a friend (etc...) they don't enter L3 again
- The DM list will be attached to this email. Please 'sign up' to DM what you can!

- Social has been decided on. Monday 23rd May to see Blitz, preceded by Cosmo
