DM Meeting 18:21, Wednesday 11th May 2011.

2. Summer Schedule rotas.

5. AOB.
- Theme tune: DM will have three theme tunes; a 'Top Gun' one (Through the Fire), the 'BN, BN' song with the word BN being replaced by DM (the voice over will kindly be done by George) for quiet shows and 'The A-Team' for busy shows.
- Owen is a muppet for confusing the mailing lists :D
- Curry order is at 9pm in L3 before the midnight showing of '28 Days Later'
- Training Scheme: Decided issues need to be found and addressed. What was decided was:
- A list of what can be broken on normal shows and what has to be reserved for qualification shows needs to be
compiled.
- Reduce the number of trainees on the scheme.
- Encourage more stewarding from TDMs (try to keep equal ration between the two would be good)
- A looong (ish) session explaining aspects in depth, e.g. show setup, procedures, etc. To be done either before or
during the show
- Get TDMs to explain exactly what they're doing as they do it, hopefully to hammer home why they're doing that
action in that order, etc
