Duty Managers Meeting
Rootes Bar, 6:10pm, 15th June
Meeting Start: 6:15pm

In Attendance: Andrew Maddison (Projectionist)
1. Welcome and Apologies
Apologies were received from: Owen, Jordan, Fergus, RH, Vanessa, Tim G, Harry
2. Rotas
Edward volunteered to do Friday early.
Vanessa's Qualification is on Wednesday next week - DMs to arrive from 6pm, Vanessa from 6:45pm.
James, George, Natalie, Liam and Harry will be there.
3. Dual DM & Projecting
It was agreed that this was undesirable, but acceptable in urgent situations. It could not be considered if the only person there was the one person qualified (i.e. no trainees).
4. Opening Doors
We could not think of occasions where this was happening consistently, nor of recent occasions where the doors were opened late and customers had been waiting. It is not ideal to be interrupting the projectionist the nearer it gets to start time, however.
5. AOB
i) George brought in two old WSC tickets from when he was a fresher at Warwick, and they were passed around for posterity.
ii) Edward announced that KPMG had offered to sponsor us again for next academic year, with no change in rate.
The meeting concluded at 6:30-something, and most of us went to Xananas for dinner.
