1. Welcome and Apologies
The attendees were welcomed to the temporary meeting location. Tim G went through the apologies and was informed of those he was not aware of.
2. Technical Officer’s Report
a. The Tech Officer was welcomed back after a two week absence.
b. Alex has emailed Sound Associates to chase up the clutch plates.
c. The exact details that Panda Hire require still have yet to be sent.
d. Currently all of the Panda equipment at the Outdoor Screening will need to be returned by 4pm on the Thursday (30th June –day after the screening).
3. Training
a. Tristan’s Snaps Test was organised for this Wednesday (1st June), currently Yeng and Alex can attend – it was stated that for the session to go ahead more QProj would need to attend.
b. Rob M’s Snaps Test was provisionally organised for the following Wednesday (8th June). Rob G (prior to meeting), Alex and Nikita said they would be able to attend.
c. Tim G said that both of these would be taken to the QProj mailing list to attempt to attract more support.
4. Time and Date of next meeting
It was stated that the next meeting will take place on Monday 6th June in SSL at 18:10, and that hopefully it will not be another bank holiday!
5. AOB
a. Tim G reminded everyone that there was going to be a Laser Quest Social at 7:30pm.
b. Kath asked for her next qualification show to be Rabbit Hole (Sunday 5th June).
c. Rob’s qualification show was also asked to be organised – this was provisionally set as Hereafter (Friday early 10th June).
d. Yolanda informed those present that she can have her Snaps Test on Saturday of week 8.
e. Rob M informed the committee that he has fixed the air compressor sprayer valves, so they should no longer leak.
