1. Welcome and Apologies
The chair welcomed everyone and asked for any apologies of which he was not previously aware. Rob M informed him that Alex and Kath had also sent their apologies.
2. Technical Officer’s Report
No tech was reported this week.
3. Training
a. The Chair informed those present that Rob M completed his Snaps Test and also congratulated him on qualifying.
b. The committee was reminded that Tristan’s Qualification Show would be this Friday (17th June) 6:30pm and that the film was ‘The Company Men’. Owen, Nikita, Omar and Tim G said that they would be able to attend. Rob M and Yeng said that they might be able to attend.
c. It was brought to the fore that Yolanda’s Snaps Test would be this Saturday (18th June). It was decided that QProj would turn-up for 11:30 and that Yolanda would arrive at noon. Nikita, Rob, Yeng and Tim G said they could attend.
d. Yolanda’s Q-show will be provisionally set as ‘No Strings Attached’ which will be next Wednesday’s (22nd June) showing. Tim G said he could attend, Rob and Yeng were maybes.
4. Time and Date of next meeting
Tim G informed all that the next meeting will be at 18:10 on Monday 20th June in SSL.
5. AOB
a. Tristan needs someone to let him into the proj box to make-up his Q-Show film.
b. Andrew informed the committee thus – we may no longer get notified if films are delivered to Milburn House due to Film and TV winding down for the summer.
c. The chair reminded the newly qualified projectionists not to forget to submit their eShow reports.
