1. Welcome and Apologies for absence

2. Arrangements for Tim G’s Funeral
In the event that Tim is still alive, the proj committee wishes him a speedy and complete recovery. However, in the event of his untimely death, the proj committee would like to schedule a memorial screening of “This is it”.
3. Show reports
See electronic show reports. Additionally, it was pointed out that the volume on KPMG & Filmsoc videos have been too loud recently. It was agreed it would be best to adjust the volume on the computer rather than on the DMA8+. It is to be investigated whether the volume on the computer can be reset every boot.
4. A few reminders
a. The key for the speaker cupboard has been moved to the cork board above the making-up bench.
b. The back row of fluorescents in L3 no longer turn on or off with the light switches. For shows, this row must be tripped in the plant room – this is the right hand light control box, and the third trip switch from the top. Lights must be turned back on after the film.
c. Projectionists were reminded to check whether they need to do a trailer change!
d. The PC sound for the pre-show videos is now switched to by pressing DMA8, rather than the old PC button.
5. Training sessions
There would be a possibility of two more initial training sessions on Wednesday, between 2 and 4pm. Rob M has said he would be available to take such a session.
