1 Welcome and Apologies
Everyone was welcomed to the meeting.
2 Technical Officer's Report
Lamp in data projector has been replaced with old lamp.
Christie projector is still under warranty until August 2012.
AAM coming on Wednesday to complete installation (2pm).
P2 douser needs to be welded back together - this saturday hopefully.
A new start-up procedure will be sent out via email.
At Christmas the new lens will be tted with new aperture plates cut.
These can be aligned with the digital projector.
3 Training
Joe and Joshua have completed their initial training sessions.
Max's snaps test is now complete.
Mike's AT1 and AT2 are organised for this Saturday.
4 Time and Date of Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on Monday 31/10/11 at 18:10 in SSL.
5 AOB
Those that have yet to sign the new key agreements will need to sign
them.
During the day of the 70mm showing the Chemistry department will
have L3 until 16:00, the showing starts at 19:30: all preparations will
need to be completed in that time-frame.
George has reminded the committee that the busy show procedure is
to shut down after the A+Ts and not before.
We have been requested to leave the lecture theatres chalk on the table
and the chairs upright after shows.
Some issues with the lecture theatre projector, the lamp has not been
turning o - this has to be done in the plant room.
Digital A+Ts will be looked into.
A digital film has failed to arrive for the screening - Armadillo: hope-
fully this will not be a recurring event.
