1 Welcome and Apologies
Everyone was welcomed.
2 Technical Officer's Report
Smudge on lens to be cleaned.
AAM turned up!
DTS isn't working.
PC should now be selected directly on DMA8+, do not select it on
CP500.
Start-up playlist on digital projector now pauses automatically.
Engineer did not fix bleeping sounds from DMA8+.
P2 douser still needs fi xing!
3 Training
Congratulations were given to Max, who passed his Snaps Test. Yeng,
Kath and Rob M can attend his Q-show this Sunday (Tranformers)
Neil Snaps Test is organised for this Saturday.
4 Projection Procedure Changes
Please refer to emails for start-up updates.
The lights on the back row must be turned back on at the end of the film!
Projectionists were reminded to take their films back to the dump when
they are nished with them.
Projectionists were also reminded not to forget to t play after the start
of the A+Ts so that the Alignment slide does not come up.
5 AllNighter Provisions
Yolly called the first film - Cowboys and Aliens. Either Fergus or Kath will project the digital film: Back to the Future. Yeng called the fi lm she didn't want to watch: Rango. Tim G is naturally projecting the Mystery Film.
Max has shot-gunned Mean Girls if he qualifi es in time. The Prestige is still free to be signed-up to.
6 Time and Date of Next Meeting
The next meeting will take place on Monday 14th November at 18:10 in SSL.
7 AOB
Neil requires some making-up experience, and so will be helping make-
up some shows that new trainees are signed-up to.
A reminder: 6000s need to be chinagraphed! The I over the slice is
sucient.
One of the lacing torches requires a new battery.
