LCD Screen
Exec were informed that the second screen has now been removed. The science concourse alternative location is still viable and would appear now to be the preferred location. We are waiting on updates from the university regarding fire safety concerns and technical feasibility of installation.
Arts Alliance Media
AAM came and finished the installation. They are in the process of sending us revised invoices so that we can pay the outstanding balance.
Publicity next Term
It was agreed that we would get all forms of publicity again: A2, A4, booklets and business cards. It was noted that for Spring term last year, we ordered 10,500 A4s, 2,500 booklets and 1,500 A2s.
We decided this year to buy 7,000 A4s, 2,000 booklets, 2,000 A2s and 10,000 business cards.
