1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

2. Training
Enrik's ATS 1 and ATS 2 were held last Wednesday.
After failing to turn up to 2 shows, and for several other reasons, it was decided that Joe T would be removed from the training scheme, thus we will have a empty slot.
With regard to projectionists that have not projected recently, or since becoming New Projectionists - it was decided that we should inquire whether they wish to remain on the team and if we can assist them in any way into catching-up with all the procedure updates.
3. Projection Procedure Changes
Tim G reminded everyone not to forget to complete the exhibition certificates whilst you are doing an Ads change. Instructions are in the procedure updates that Tim has sent out.
4. Time and Date of Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on 29th January in SSL at 18:10

Rob G reminded everyone that the election nominations are now open.
Fergus asked a general question: What training does the committee deem sufficient for someone to be trusted with proj keys? The general consensus was that only nominal health and safety training is deemed sufficient for people to have proj keys (for example the Films and IT Officers), but being trusted to use proj power is a completely different scenario. The consensus was that to be trusted to use proj power, the committee would not be happy, at present, unless the person in question was a qualified projectionist.
