2. Technical Officer's Report
An email has been sent to Sound Associates enquiring about intermittent arm springs (for P1).

P1 is still having stability issues, it is still believed that this is being caused by the intermittent and/or its mechanism.

It was discussed that sourcing a new mechanism will perhaps be the only solution. Though, a brand new one will likely be very costly - perhaps a second hand one would do the job.

There is an issue with P2 tilt - due to the new aperture plate - it cannot be positioned correctly.

3. Training
Enrik's Snaps Test was completed yesterday - congratulations were given.

Sam Kidman is being added to the training scheme - his Initial Training Session will be this Wednesday, and will be held by Tim G.

4. Time and Date of Next Meeting
This will take place on Monday 13th Feb in SSL at 18:10

5. AOB
A point was brought up by Fergus: the 'trailers' section of Cinelister on the Doremi server is getting quite full (making it harder to find the content you want). Fergus suggested that all content on server that is not a trailer be moved out of the 'trailers' section and into 'shorts' (another section that is currently unused). Everyone was in agreement.

Tim D suggested that it would probably be a good idea if proj requested the IT team to ensure that the T-drive (digital trailer archive) be backed-up.

Tim D has managed to allow the Doremi server to see Village on the network as an ingest source. This means that content on the T-drive can be directly ingested into the server without the need to use a usb flash drive. To do this - in the ingest manager, select Village in the local storage drop-down menu.
