1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

2. Technical Officer's Report
Still nothing has been heard from Sound Associates.
The clips on P1 and P2 intermittent arms have been fixed.
Ed M arrived.
3. Training
R. H needs official ATS1.
Sam K will have ATS1 on Wednesday.
4. Projection Procedure Changes
Fergus informed us that if the P3 head is off when doing the trailer change – it will not save. The current playlist will need ejecting before the new playlist can be saved. Also, close playlist and re-open to check it has saved. Then write the update on laminate!
5. Time and Date of Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on Monday 27th February at 18:10 in the SSL.
6. AOB
Rob G:
- During the Sunday 21:30 show, film was projected on both sides of masking along with ceiling and black boards. Lens had slipped in collar – Andy M fixed straight after show.
Fergus C
- Do not check the dump this week. Fergus will keep us up to date on film locations.
Tim G
- P&D are unable to send ads to the right place. Address details should be amended soon.
- More than one set of ads are received, it’s a preference which to play (shortest possibly a good idea)
- Martin should be told to never pick up ads.
- Members are encouraged to sign up on website and go to pre-AllNighter meal on campus (most likely Gusto)
Fergus C, Rob G and Sam K left
- There will also be the Varsity breakfast after the AllNighter in the morning, again encouraged to sign up and attend

- Crew tickets (for AllNighter) will only be available from our tills.
