Exec Office Cleanliness: Please try to keep clean and tidy. Also do not store milk in the fridge and please do your washing up
Keys: Deadline for key returns is Thursday Week 10 - the day after the Outdoor Screening
Door Stops: We now have 12 - they're expected to last until Week 9
Steward+ colour: Through a long vote the symbol will be changed to 'Winter Holly Green' to make it more visible
Corridor Sound Levels: Please use inside voices when in the exec office. Also keep the Exec office door closed and inform stewards not to talk loudly when in the corridor. In addition please don't walk in and out of L3 during the film.
FoH Wiki: After exams the pages will be updated. Currently the licensing details are up at the moment - please read through them
Next Year's Trainees: No new trainees to be discussed until later however a general murmuring consensus that we should take on fewer trainees next year
Outdoor screening overview: The usual setup will occur. There will be a publicity run with balloons as we did last year. Meeting for said tasks will occur at around 10am (tbc
AOBs: Steward Cull - In future it will be informed to the stewards what is required to become a crew member again after a gap of shows. Currently 2 shows worked in 2 weeks is enough to regain crew status
Licensing - We now having a license. It needs to be displayed at every film on the same door as the 'no photography' sign. Must NOT be lost and as such will be kept in the safe. We cannot technically show the film without displaying it. A copy will be made soon.
