Rotas were checked and The Grey early is free subject to whether the DM asked to do can or cannot attend
Banking Review: Nothing new to discuss
Shutting Down at double digital screenings: At 35oC the warranty on the digital projector is void. Hence should the projector be at 30oC after the first of a double the second screening won’t take place. In addition should the temperature be too high there will be no digital ads and trailers however the film will still start at the usual time.
Front of House Trolley Security: There will not be D-locks on the trolleys however the issue of fitting new locks to the trolleys will be taken to Tech assuming they will all be fitted with new locks so no trolley stands out
Inactive DMs: After a 10 week period DMs will be listed as ‘Inactive’. To become active again will be on a case by case basis but may range from a short chat to a show without a trainee. At 8 weeks of not doing a show the DM will be sent an email to inform them they are close to the 10 week point.
Signing up to shows: DMs can sign up to a total of 2 ‘special shows’ (e.g. Fridays and midnights) per term. In addition the total number of shows a DM can sign up for in a term will be calculated from the number of shows divided by the number of DMs. Should there be gaps in the rotas these can be sorted out at the DM meeting. This is to ensure a fair signing up to shows.
Advance signups: Only sign up to 1 busy show a term in advance. Should it not be possible to signup in advance to shows please email me when you would like to do a show and I can arrange with the DM on it if they can swap.
