AllNighter Ticketing: Ed accepts that was a small amount of error in communication with the SU for setting this up
This led to sales not being possible past 6pm on Friday contributing to a £26 till difference
Decided the stall was superfluous if we do online sales; the publicity gained from it could be better done by leafleting the piazza
Vote to keep online ticketing for future special events: 5 For, 2 Against, 3 Abstentions
Vote to keep the stall to sell/collect tickets at before the above events: 0 For, 7 Against, 3 Abstentions
Notes: Be aware some people may not have been given lifetime crew statu when they should have been
Tickets are always non-transferable. If you suspect someone has transferred one, check.
The AllNighter made at least £4.13 surplus
Plastic Cups: The office has run out of plastic cups. This is in part due to people using several cups during a show and not reusing them. We can't procure them easily from the same source as before so they need to be purchased most likely (to which I have spoken to the treasurer). Please remember to reuse your cups, perhaps mark them, or bring in your own mug/glass.

At a show the QDM is responsible for it's running. The trainee is there to learn and gain experience but the QDM is ultimately in charge
There have been a spate of till differences recently; positive and negative - please remember to double check the floats are correct
Online training books are being looked into by Ed and the IT Officer
